Senior Marketing Manager (m/f) - Punta Skala Resort

The Senior Marketing Manager works closely with the Director of Marketing and acts as the number two of the department. The role has a full overview of marketing strategy, planning, budget management and performance, ensuring that corporate direction is translated into effective property level execution. This position plays a key role in coordinating teams, agencies and campaigns across all channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support development and execution of the annual marketing plan
Manage and monitor the marketing budget and key performance indicators
Coordinate corporate campaigns and adapt them to the resort
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
Coordinate external agencies and internal stakeholders
Oversee daily marketing activities and supervise the Marketing Executive
Support reporting, analysis and presentations

YOUR PROFILE:

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality or luxury
International experience or exposure to multi market environments preferred
Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach
Excellent English skills. Additional languages are a plus (German, Croatian)
