Sell–Out Specialist (m/f)

YOUR ROLE:
We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be a part of our L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division for Zagreb and Eastern Croatia Region. You will have a chance to work with colleagues from the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of Sell–Out Specialist requires motivated, flexible and organized person who will be responsible for:
• Implementing consultative selling techniques and providing expert product knowledge to pharmacy staff.
• Executing brand planograms, launching new products, and installing premium POS materials (displays, testers, and glorifiers).
• Managing daily routing and visit frequencies across pharmacies in line with cycle strategy.
• Driving sell-out performance by monitoring territory targets and deploying localized actions (mini-events, staff incentives) for underperforming sites.
• Segmenting the regional pharmacy database based on volume and growth potential to optimize resources.
• Utilizing internal CRM and field reporting tools daily to log visits, track shelf space, and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborating with Medical Representatives and Marketing teams to turn medical recommendations and campaigns into pharmacy sales.
• Representing the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty brands as an ambassador, upholding brand guidelines and corporate values.

• Has a minimum of 2 years of work experience in similar positions
• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
• Scientific background is an advantage
• Has strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Works with transparency, integrity and with respect for others
• Works with responsibility and autonomy
• Has strong teamwork and networking skills
• Has proficient knowledge in Excel
• Is fluent in Croatian and English language
• Has an active driving license and is and active driver
