Sales Support Administrator (m/f)

Our client, PPD Croatia, is a leading premium beverages distributor with an outstanding collection of beverage brands across spirits, wine and water. These brands include Johnnie Walker, Smirnoff, Tanqueray, Campari, Aperol, Henkel, Amaro 18, Illycafé and many others.
Currently we are looking for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position of:
Sales Support Administrator (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of regular reports – daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, as well as specific reports required by the sales team
- Assistance in collection, analysis, and interpretation of sales data for actionable insights
- Assistance in preparation of sales presentations, ad hoc reports, and forecasts
- Monitoring, analysis and interpretation of the data extracted from the reporting systems
- Database and mapping maintenance
- Administration and maintenance of the field service management (FSM) software
- Audit of data from FSM software to ensure data integrity and preparing reports for the sales team
- Collaboration with the field sales team to ensure that the FSM system functionalities meet their needs
- Other related duties as assigned
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree required
- 1 -3 years experience on a similar role in sales support or customer service department
- Excellent knowledge of English language, spoken and written
- Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of databases and database maintenance
- Experience in working with SAP, CRM and FSM is an advantage
- Result and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Excellent communication skills with ability to maintain a positive and service-oriented attitude, even in challenging situations
- Strong analytical and time management skills with commercial awareness
- Team player with good self-motivation and positive attitude
