Sales Representative
– Technical Gases & Energy Solutions (f/m)

Our client is a regional leader in industrial and specialty gases as well as energy solutions. As part of a respected European group, they serve clients across manufacturing, healthcare, laboratory, and energy sectors.

Join a leading regional provider of industrial gases and energy solutions, part of a respected European group driving innovation, safety, and sustainability in technical industries.

manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customers in industries such as manufacturing, pharma, food, and energy
promote and sell industrial and specialty gases
identify customer needs and offer tailored energy or gas distribution solutions
prepare offers, negotiate pricing and contracts
collaborate with technical teams on solution design and delivery
track market trends and competitor activities in your region.

technical background: degree in mechanical, chemical, electrical or process engineering (or equivalent experience)
proven track record in selling technical or engineered solutions to business clients
fluent in Croatian and English
knowledge of industrial gas applications, energy systems, or laboratory processes is a strong advantage
strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
self-driven, customer-focused, and results-oriented
valid driver’s license.
