searching for a proactive, motivated, customer-oriented candidate join their successful sales team as:
Sales Representative (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
What would be your responsibilities?
- Developing and implementing local sales activities with Trade Partners in order to achieve the agreed targets (Croatian market)
- Following up and analyzing sales performance and payment execution
- Discuss and agree sales and promotional targets on Trade Partner and its store level
- Improving distribution of products, and ensure the presence of the products at the point of sales of Trade Partners
- Building up relationships to all relevant decision makers within Trade Partners and visit stores on a regular basis
- Finding new clients and establishing new accounts
- Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques etc
- Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
- Providing sales results reporting on the regular basis
What do we expect from an ideal candidate?
- Diploma or University degree, preferable in economics
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions
- Knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods and techniques
- Advanced usage of MS Office (Excel)
- Intermediate knowledge of English both written and spoken
- Valid driver’s license
- Well organized, responsible, and a team-player
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Flexible, energetic, persistent, positive person with passion for learning and continuous improvements
