ManpowerGroup Croatia for CWS, an international company known for its hygiene products, protective workwear and mats, is looking for an ideal candidate for the position of Sales Representative (m/f).
Place of work:
- Istria, Primorje or Zadar County
Expectations from the candidate:
- To enjoy selling. Your customer always comes first. You will do whatever it takes to establish and maintain customer relationships at an enviable level
- Knowledge of the market in the segment of hygiene, HoReCa, industry, health or similar
- Success in concluding contracts for the sale of services and goods
- Regular visits of existing customers and finding new ones
- Everyday usage of CRM
- Achieving set goals and initiatives
- Knowledge of the market, its needs and situations
- Experience in field sales of products and / or services
- Initiative, perseverance and ability to solve problems independently
- Creative and innovative approach to all tasks and challenges
- Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Personal honesty and work ethic
- Discipline in fulfilling all business obligations and high motivation for work and earnings
- Knowledge of working with a PC
- Completed high school, category B driver's license, good knowledge of English
