On behalf of our client, Troax, an international company specializing in the development and manufacturing of safety solutions for industrial and logistics environments, we are looking for a motivated professional to join their team as a:

Sales Representative for Croatia and Slovenia (m/f)

Location: office – Karlovac; fieldwork – Slovenia and Croatia

Job description:

Develop and implement sales plans for the company's products and solutions
Actively identify and acquire new customers and explore new business opportunities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and distributors
Conduct regular customer visits, present products and solutions, and provide technical and commercial information
Prepare sales quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
Collaborate with engineering companies, consultants, and end users to identify suitable technical solutions
Work closely with internal sales, technical, and operations teams
Participate in trade fairs and industry events
Maintain and regularly update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system

Requirements:

Secondary or higher education
3–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within an industrial environment or a related field
Strong sales orientation and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Basic knowledge of Slovenian
Valid Category B driving licence
Willingness to travel regularly and work in the field
