We are currently seeking a proactive person who can both drive sales and able to develop/follow long term strategy to join our team in the role of:

Sales Representative for B2B Customers (m/f)
Location: Zagreb

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Develop B2B lubricants business in Croatia with focus on Industrial customers
  • Follow targets defined by the country manager
  • Study and understand Croatian lubricants market with a focus on Industrial customers:
  • Energy, Food, Wood paper, Pharmaceutical, metalworking...
  • Work on strategy to develop TotalEnergies market share by prioritization of industrial channel and road to market Propose action plan and KPI associated
  • With Country manager, create and apply the TotalEnergies pricing policy and customer offers
  • Providing marketing and technical support to customers as well as trainings
  • Execute promotional activities in the territory
  • Participate to fairs/events
  • Manage financial negotiation with customers (credit limits, payment terms, etc.)
  • Weekly report on statistic data on sales, clients, feedback of their market and visit reports using company IT tools
  • With Country manager, edit and present the business review and performance review of his channel
  • Respects HSSE rules, the code of conduct, the ethic chart of the company, apply the internal procedures and the economic sanctions for all customers

What do we look for in our ideal candidate?

  • Experience in technical sales, knowledge of industrial process
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • English on a speaking level
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Analytical skills
  • Organizational Skills: the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines is critical
  • Ethics and Integrity: a strong commitment to ethical behaviour and a high level of integrity are essential in this role, working in multinational company with regular communication to several countries including Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia
