Sales Manager - Volume (m/f)

Your role: As a Sales Manager, your core responsibility will be management of the whole sales cycle, incl. business opportunity identification and creation, recognizing the needs of all assigned accounts, expanding an existing accounts network, and using all necessary resources to successfully close business deals. You’ll be in charge for sales of components, software and commercial IT products and solutions of different vendors.

In addition, some of your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Developing long-term relationships with partners and clients, acting as an all-around business consultant to identify how to make their business more profitable
  • Negotiating variations in price, delivery, and specifications with our product managers and senior staff
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
  • Planning, reviewing, and reporting (e.g. keeping track of your KPIs)

In this role you’ll report directly to the Head of Sales. You'll work alongside other team members in different departments, in a lively and supportive work environment where you’ll have an opportunity to learn, grow, and have fun along the way.

About you: A desire and ability to sell, ability to process information, problem-solve and make decisions, confident approach in communication & negotiation and resilience when faced with rejection are generally more important than academic qualifications. If you can bring to the table relevant technical knowledge and adequate work experience in IT wholesale – you’ll be a great match for our Sales Manager role.
