Sales Manager
Workplace: Croatia - Zagreb and Slovenia - Celje
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute the sales strategy: Develop and implement both short- and long-term sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Identify and acquire new clients: Conduct market research, generate leads, prepare tailored proposals, and manage the sales cycle to secure new business.
• Promote and sell our solutions: Represent CWS Hygiene products and services to B2B clients, ensuring a value-driven sales approach.
• Build and maintain client relationships: Ensure high customer satisfaction and nurture long-term business partnerships.
• Lead and support the sales team (8–10 people): Motivate, develop, and manage a high-performing team. Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance competencies.
• Set and monitor targets: Define individual and team KPIs, track performance, and coach team members to meet or exceed goals.
• Monitor and optimize performance: Analyze sales results, prepare reports, and implement process improvements when needed.
• Support Account Management: Collaborate closely with the Account Management team to drive growth and retention.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis: Identify market trends, threats, and opportunities. Share insights for service and product development.
• Collaborate across teams and countries: Work cross-functionally and with international sales leaders to implement best practices.
• Business travel: Be available for regular in-country travel and occasional international meetings or projects.

O zaposleniku
• Secondary education required; university degree preferred.
• Fluency in Slovenian or Croatian is mandatory.
• Fluency in English (min. B2 level) – both spoken and written is mandatory
• At least 8 years of sales experience, including a proven track record in B2B service sales and team leadership.
• Experience in both field and inside sales is ideal.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities.
• Customer-focused, with an existing network and solid market knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (especially Salesforce).
• Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and act on insights.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work across departments.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
