For their team, we are looking for a proactive and sales-driven professional to join them in the position of:

Sales Manager (m/f)
Location: Zagreb

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Responsible for the realization of sales and the corresponding contribution margin according to targets. Cost management (budgeting, invoicing, controlling).
  • Professional advice and support by teamwork to customers and other interested parties regarding the application of Sika products.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and key accounts with the goal of long-term customer loyalty to Sika. Acquisition of new customers.
  • Development of all customer groups in the industrial sector with the aim of using Sika products, in cooperation with the sales representatives of Sika Croatia.
  • Promoting cooperation for mutual benefit. C-customers should be served via technical dealers. Information and promotion to potential users in the context of the introduction of new products and sales promotion.
  • Establish market analysis, as well as observation and information about market developments, customer needs, technology trends and the competitive environment in general.
  • Develop and implement the marketing strategies for the sales unit in cooperation with the GM/Sub Area Manager.
  • Incorporation of all relevant data and information into the Salesforce and complete all necessary administrative work (forms, quotations, project lists, reference data, etc.).
  • Teamwork and exchange with all departments of Sika Croatia in order to provide the customer with the best possible service

What do we look for in our ideal candidate?

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent command of English and Croatian.
  • Strong technical consulting skills and market understanding.
  • Experience in the field of adhesives and sealants is an advantage.
  • Ability to work with IT tools and CRM systems.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take initiative.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Strong field-oriented mindset.
  • Valid Category B driver’s license.
