Sales Manager (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
WHAT WOULD BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Develop and execute country-specific strategies aligning with Rauch and Area strategies
- Establish yearly business plans with distribution partners, including bonus agreements
- Ensure quantity turnover and full-cost results at the group level
- Review and analyze market trends and competition, as well as country-specific import calculations and distributor pricelists
- Assist in strategic planning and support headquarter
- Communicate and support distribution partners on Retail and Horeca topics
- Coordinate percentage/fixed agreements with Finance and Managing Director
- Organize Sales and Marketing activities with the Regional Marketing Manager
- Plan and coordinate BTL activities and control recommended shelf prices
- Conduct regular market visits and prepare bi-weekly reports
- Ensure accurate reporting in the SAP system
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE?
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions in FMCG
- Advanced proficiency in English language
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including pivot tables) – knowledge in Power Query, Power BI, and similar tools is an advantage
- A detail-oriented individual
- Ability to effectively communicate and prioritize customer needs
