We are hiring a SALES MANAGER - Leisure & Contracting (m/f) at the Adriatic Istria Resort in Savudrija. If you are communicative, independent in your work, energetic, positive and eager to further develop your career within an international hotel group — join us!

Job description:

Achieve budgeted revenue targets driven by international leisure business from Europe and the Americas
Develop, manage and grow key Leisure travel accounts, including tour operators, wholesalers, leisure travel agencies and production partners
Identify and convert new leisure opportunities aligned with market trends, seasonality and destination demand
Conduct proactive sales activities including sales calls, roadshows, virtual meetings and market visits within assigned regions
Maintain a strong understanding of leisure market dynamics, competitor positioning, rate strategies and distribution channels
Analyse account performance, production trends and booking patterns to optimize revenue contribution
Liaise closely with Revenue Management and Reservations to ensure optimal availability, rate integrity and production flow

What we expect from you:

Higher or university-level education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
5 years of contracting experience in Hospitality or Travel
Experience with Trade show attendance and business travel
Ideally, Experience with Consortia (Signature, Virtuoso)
Ideally, experience in Golf contracting
Knowledge of international markets
Advanced proficiency in English and German
