Sales Manager for Western Balkan Countries (m/f)

YOUR ROLE:
We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be the part of our Professional Products Division, having the chance to work with colleagues from the Western Balkan region. Position of Sales Manager requires motivated, agile and organized person who will be responsible for:
• Developing and executing annual business plans (sell-in/sell-out targets across omnichannel O+O environment) that align with the division’s strategy.
• Working on performance analysis (daily and monthly).
• Focusing on distribution KPIs as salons business specifics.
• Identifying and opening new business opportunities.
• Leading annual negotiations with distributors and other partners on trade terms and targets.
• Driving profitability by managing "Gross to Net" (G2N) sales, which includes overseeing trade terms, discounts, and promotional budgets.
• Preparing and following up of all documents for smooth and transparent GTN management (credit/debit notes, invoices).
• Collaborating with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to provide accurate sales forecasts to avoid out-of-stock scenarios.
• Ensuring safety stock levels are respected and managing the "stock mix" to prioritize high-performing products.
• Supporing distributors in recruiting, educating, setting objectives and monitoring performance.
• Acting as the "bridge" between Marketing, Education, Finance, Supply Chain, and Digital departments to ensure commercial plans are feasible.
• Aligning L'Oréal’s brand goals with the distributors and respectively with high and mid potential salons on the market.
• Ensuring execution excellence in salons and other point of the sales for best consumers experience, with special focus on selective brands’ rules of execution.
• Coordinating with Marketing and Education to ensure new launches 360 execution.
• Visiting Western Balkan countries for performance understanding, relationship building with salons, competition listening and monitoring trends.

O zaposleniku
• Has minimally 5 years of similar experience
• Has excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Is analytical and has good problem-solving skills
• Is highly skilled in MS Office (with focus on Excel) and PowerBI
• Is fluent in Croatian and English language
• Knowledge of Albanian is an advantage
