Pyou, an international recruitment agency, is partnering with a renowned Italian luxury fashion brand to recruit a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant for its store in Designer Outlet Croatia, Zagreb.
The brand is a global reference in luxury fashion, known for its timeless elegance, exceptional quality, and sophisticated craftsmanship.
This role represents an excellent opportunity for a retail professional passionate about fashion and the customer experience, eager to grow within a premium/luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist clients in line with brand's values, service standards, and selling ceremony.
• Actively support the achievement of personal and store goals, working collaboratively with the team.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through dedicated clientele activities.
• Ensure the store is impeccably presented at all times, with merchandise properly displayed and organized.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, brand heritage, and fashion trends.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Act as an ambassador of Intrend's customer-centric approach.
Location: Designer Outlet Croatia, Zagreb.
Salary range: 1200 -1300€ net per month

• Have 1–3 years of retail experience; experience in the luxury or premium fashion sector is preferred.

• Maintain high standards in presentation and behaviour, aligned with the brand image.
