Resort Marketing Coordinator (m/f) - Punta Skala Resort
Join one of Croatia's leading 5-star resort destinations, featuring a luxury family hotel, premium residences, world-class spa facilities, sports and recreation experiences, exceptional dining concepts, and year-round guest experiences. As Marketing Coordinator, you will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen the resort's positioning as a luxury lifestyle destination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and execute on-property marketing activities across all resort areas, including the hotel, luxury residences, spa, sports facilities, F&B outlets, and guest experiences.
- Create, adapt, and manage marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, menus, signage, promotional materials, and guest communication assets in line with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal creative teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Maintain and regularly update digital guest-facing assets, including digital screens, mobile applications, websites, and resort information platforms.
- Support content creation for websites, newsletters, social media channels, guest communications, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist with proofreading, translations, and localization of marketing content.
- Develop and implement local marketing initiatives, partnerships, sponsorships, and destination collaborations that enhance brand visibility and drive revenue.
- Support the planning and execution of resort events, activations, photo shoots, video productions, media visits, and influencer collaborations.
- Collaborate closely with operational departments to identify marketing opportunities and improve the guest journey across all touchpoints.
- Support community management activities in alignment with the overall brand and social media strategy.
- Coordinate property and wayfinding signage to ensure a consistent luxury guest experience throughout the resort.
- Assist in the creation and promotion of seasonal offers, packages, wellness experiences, family programs, sports events, and residence-related campaigns.
- Manage administrative marketing tasks, including supplier communication, purchase orders, contract administration, and invoice processing.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, preferably within luxury hospitality, resorts, tourism, lifestyle, or premium brands.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience with content management systems, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Graphic design skills are preferred (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools).
- Basic knowledge of photography, video content creation, and visual storytelling is considered a strong advantage.
- Passion for luxury hospitality, guest experiences, wellness, sports, and family travel.
