Manpower Croatia, on behalf of its client Roxtec, developer of sealing solutions for cables and pipes, is looking for a reliable and proactive individual for the position of Regional Sales Representative.
Regional Pharma, Labs & Data Centre Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, developing and converting high-value sales opportunities for Roxtec cable and pipe penetration sealing solutions in critical facilities where safety, uptime, hygiene, compliance and long-term asset protection are essential. The role requires a proactive hunter mentality, strong technical curiosity and the ability to build trust with investors, engineering companies, contractors, operators and maintenance teams across multiple countries.
Regional Sales Representative (m/f)

- region Croatia, Slovenia, BiH, Serbia, North Macedonia, Albania
Description:
- Sales and business development: Build and maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities in the assigned countries and segments.
- Identify new customers, investors, consultants, engineering companies, contractors and maintenance stakeholders.
- Drive sales growth by developing both new projects and recurring maintenance, retrofit and expansion opportunities.
- Technical consultative selling: Understand customer applications and recommend technically appropriate Roxtec sealing solutions for cable and pipe penetrations.
- Promote correct design, installation and long-term maintenance practices to customers and partners.
- Create target account lists per country and segment, including key pharma, laboratory, hospital and data centre stakeholders.
- Regional collaboration and reporting: Report market insights, project status, customer feedback and competitor activity to local management.
- Participate in sales meetings, product training, installation training and internal planning sessions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of B2B technical sales experience.
- Experience with industrial, infrastructure, construction, MEP, engineering, pharmaceutical, laboratory, healthcare or data centre customers is preferred.
- Technical education is preferred (mechanical, electrical, civil engineering).
- Professional knowledge of English language, spoken & written.
- Hunter mentality with patience to develop long-cycle project business.
- Ability to work independently across countries while staying aligned with the local team.
- CRM systems and MS Office skills
