For Our great Partner Hotel in Switzerland we are looking for an experienced and motivated
RECEPTIONIST (m/f/d) with German
Excellent working atmosphere, super location
Salary: €2,700 Netto
Starting date: August / September / Seasonal with an option of the whole year contract extension
What we expect from a candidate:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel/ Check-in/Check-out
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Provide professional and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Arrange travel and accommodation for the guests of the hotel
- Keep updated records of expenses and costs
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing etc.
The successful candidate must have:
- Minimum of 2 years hotel-oriented education
- Fluency in English, German
- Relevant and proven work experience in 4* or 5 * hotel
- International team player spirit
- Hardworking and goal oriented personality
- Honesty and ready to relocate
- Willingness to work abroad
