Quality Specialist (m/f)

Our client is an electronics manufacturer specializing in advanced automation systems. As part of a global group renowned for smart technologies for hospitality, they combine local expertise with a global vision, offering clients personalized service with international reach.
They are currently looking for a new colleague on a position:
Quality Specialist (m/f)
Location: Rijeka
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. Interface with external suppliers to verify compliance with quality requirements
- Manage non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers.
- Prepare and analyze quality reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of quality policies and procedures
- Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and standards (ISO 9001)
- Experience with internal and third-party audits
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and lab tools
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English (B2 or higher), knowledge of Italian is a plus
- Background in electronics
- Availability for frequent business travel to support the Quality Manager in audits across company facilities.
