ManpowerGroup Croatia for EMPWR, global leader in design, development, manufacturing and packaging of the protein bars, is looking for an ideal candidate to fill in the position of Quality Manager (m/f).

- Nova Gradiška
Job description:
- responsible person in the crisis team for recall/withdrawal
- safety of traceability: recall /withdrawal test - decision on blocking raw materials / semi-finished products /packaging and finished products in case of non-compliance
- organization and management of the HACCP team
- organization and managing audits
- participation in investigations of customer complaints and complaints towards suppliers
- implementation of process risk assessment according to HACCP plan
- Certificate management (BRC, IFS, FDA, HALAL, KOSHER, RSPO)
- define process controls
- organization of internal audits
- management of OPEX and CAPEX on a monthly basis
- continuous education of employees in the field of quality control
- participation in the elaboration of new working instructions and audits of existing
- development of Management Review
- preparation of reports according to the Management Board in the field of quality control
- keeping documentation for regular annual certification according to various standards
- responsibility for implementing occupational safety, environmental protection and fire protection measures within its scope of work
- adherence to the work-technological discipline during performance of tasks
- responsibility for means of operation, material of manufacture, cleanliness of the plant and working area
Requirements:
- 5 years of work experience in similar positions
- Master's Degree in Food Technology
- Advanced English knowledge (C1 level)
- Driver's licence B category
- Excellent SAP knowledge, OPEX, CAPEX, HACCP
- Certificate management (BRC, IFS, FDA, HALAL, KOSHER, RSPO)
