affiliated companies), manages, and maintains high-value real estate projects—honoring
Dalmatian tradition and the surrounding landscape. Since 2005, the company has been

For their growing team, we are looking for a skilled and analytical professional to join them in a key role:
Procurement Specialist
Location: Dubrovnik
What will be your responsibilities?
General responsibilities include:- Managing procurement processes for construction projects in Dubrovnik – collecting and comparing offers from contractors (construction, installations, finishing works), coordinating material deliveries, and supplier communication
- Procuring materials, services, and equipment for the maintenance and development of the company’s real estate portfolio (rental and development properties)
- Cooperating with the technical team and project managers to optimize costs and procurement quality
- Administrative tracking of offers, order creation, and supplier/cooperator database updates
- Other administrative tasks
What do we look for in our ideal candidate?
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required, we are also open to candidates with a high school diploma and relevant experience
- At least 2–3 years of experience in procurement, ideally in construction or real estate (e.g., hospitality industry)
- Mandatory fluency in English. German language skills are a plus
- Good understanding of project processes and basic technical terminology
- Familiarity with local market, suppliers, and materials
- Understanding of procurement standards and procedures
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proactive and reliable, with a results-driven mindset
- Team-oriented and open to learning
- Proficient in Excel
