Pricing Manager (m/f)

For our client, one of the leading omnichannel premium beauty and cosmetics retailers, we are seeking a motivated and analytical professional to join their team as a:
Pricing Manager (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
- Daily price steering to reach targets, incl. monitoring and analysis of development (revenue, margin etc. across channels)
- Conceptualization & implementation of omnichannel pricing measures, incl. execution & evaluation of pilots
- Challenge and adapt pricing tool-based set-up within strategy guardrails to reach target
- Align pricing with promo tactics (e.g. selection of items, promo mechanisms)
- Align with other functions (CRM, Online Marketing, Purchasing, Campaign Management, Retail …) & prepare regular alignment meetings
- Manage implementation of omnichannel pricing processes & strategy in the respective cluster (incl. pilot management)
- Ensure application of group pricing strategy in the cluster, be first point of contact for group pricing team
- Identification of process and tool optimization potential & alignment with group pricing about implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is considered an advantage
- Previous experience in a retail environment is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent numerical and data interpretation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working with large data sets
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Permanent employment contract with a 6-month probation period
