In close collaboration with Healthcare we bring breakthroughs that change patients lives'. We support healthcare with scientific knowledge about our medicines and vaccines so they can provide patients with a holistic treatment plan that enables best possible health outcome. We engage with patient advocacy groups to understand the need of patients and collaborate on finding ways to address them. We provide both healthcare and patients supporting solutions "beyond the pill".

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Focus on the patient experience by understanding needs of patients in the market to achieve better state of care through key stakeholder engagement. Understand and help improve the patient journey / pathway to ultimately improve patient/treatment outcomes and be the face of the patient support programs. Work with Key stakeholders to understand patient needs: External stakeholders (HCPs, PAGs, and Institutions) and Internal stakeholders (SHP, Medical, Marketing, PHI, PPA). Direct patient engagement would be limited to unbranded corporate communication (if permissible by local law).

The key responsibilities in this role include:
Core components

  • Understand the patient journey and collect insights (xBU or BU specific) to identify pain points and opportunities for partnerships to enhance patient experience and improve patient outcomes
  • Build tailored solutions and initiatives based on patient journey insights & needs
  • Leverage technology to enable better patient health and experience
  • Understand the patient perspective and build an omnichannel strategy to address patient needs
  • Initiate and roll out patient education in diverse channels: web/digital, meetings/symposia, application/tools
  • Operationalize implementation of the programs, initiatives, internal process, ongoing oversight, or follow-up
  • Ensure close communication and partnership with key internal relevant colleagues: Medical, Marketing, SHP, PHI, PPA
  • Two-way communication to bring the patient perspective into all Pfizer projects as well as acting as Pfizer representative towards external stakeholders to proactively develop and strengthen our collaboration
  • Responsible for unbranded Disease awareness communications together with marketing and medical
  • Elevate our digital presence and communication on various platforms and drive meaningful communication on social media

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • Min 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • University Degree
  • Language Requirements: Serbian, Croatian , Slovene and English fluency
  • Strong collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership skills including influencing without authority
  • Highly developed project management skills including analytics and structure as well as budget management
  • Understanding of design thinking & customer journey mapping
  • Exceptional stakeholder management ability on senior level
  • Team player with ability to work effectively with different departments and functions
  • Ability to focus and prioritize as well as fast learning
  • Change agility and flexibility
  • Positive "can do attitude" with self-motivation, energy and drive
  • Resilient, open minded, curious character balancing purpose and results
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Administration & systems knowledge, highly advanced digital skills
