Operations Manager (m/f)
Work Location: Zagreb
Job Description:
- Manage all non-retail operational activities, including urgent and ad hoc tasks
- Monitor administrative processes, internal reporting, and collaboration with external partners
- Set and monitor operational targets, control performance, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting
- Recruit, onboard, and lead employees (administration)
- Manage relationships with suppliers, partners, and state authorities, ensuring compliance with regulations and HSE standards
- Analyze operational and financial processes, propose improvements, and resolve issues to increase efficiency
- Manage procurement and budget, coordinate schedules, maintain office systems, and ensure a pleasant work environment
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in the same or similar position
- University degree in economics or a related field
- Active knowledge of English (B2–C1)
- Driving license (category B) – an advantage but not mandatory
- Strong organizational and communication skills, problem-solving ability, and critical thinking
- Reliability, adaptability, stress resilience, and teamwork orientation
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
