Operational Product Manager -  Luxury Division (m/f)

They are currently seeking a Brand Manager - responsible for driving brand growth, managing product portfolios, and coordinating marketing campaigns to ensure consistent brand presence and impact in the market.


  • Drive brand growth through impactful product launches, strong portfolio management, and tailored marketing strategies
  • Deliver a consistent and engaging brand experience across all consumer touchpoints, reflecting global brand values
  • Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns, including media planning, asset preparation, and coordination with agencies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure flawless campaign execution and brand expression
  • Prepare brand materials and presentations for internal meetings, events, and external stakeholders
  • Monitor campaign results, lead reporting, and provide actionable insights to support continuous improvement
  • Manage sales forecasting and identify opportunities based on market trends and consumer insights
  • Oversee budget planning and tracking to ensure efficient use of resources and cost control
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in brand, product, or marketing-related roles
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support business decisions
  • Able to translate consumer insights and trends into relevant and impactful marketing actions
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; confident in representing the brand externally
  • Open, collaborative, and comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams and bussiness partners
  • Adaptable and proactive, with a positive attitude in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • Fluent in both English and Croatian, written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Flexible working hours and the option to work from home two days per week
