Dubor d.o.o. is a sales office/external branch for the countries of Eastern Europe of a well-known German manufacturer of separating agents and sprayers and other equipment for bakery and confectionary. To work in our small team, we are looking for a person in the position of business secretary (m/f) for administrative secretarial tasks.

You can expect an interesting and varied field of activity in an international environment within a small office team in Zagreb.

Job description:
- Receiving, processing and archiving business documentation
- Communication with external accounting
- Preparation of documentation for bookkeeping
- Management of incoming and outgoing mail
- Taking care of stocks of office materials and office supplies and communication with suppliers
- Active support for the entire business
- General administrative duties
- Sales assistance:
• communication with suppliers and customers
• invoicing
• control of external documents
• keeping statistics

O zaposleniku

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Conditions, knowledge and skills:
- at least 2 years of work experience
- Work experience in a similar administrative position
- Ability to work independently when it's reasonable to do so
- Advanced written and conversational English
- Knowledge of Germany is advantage
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to suggest improvements
- Working knowledge of MS office
- Knowledge of working in DOMINO IS is advantage
- Good communication skills
