LOCATION: Zagreb
For our client, Klinimed d.o.o., member of MAC’s MEDICAL Group, and a major distributor in Central and Eastern Europe for the “state of the art” and R&D based - biomedical products, we are looking to a proactive Office Administrator(m/f) to join their team in Zagreb.
Responsibilities:
- Order processing
- Meetings organization and support
- Secretarial support and all other office and administration activities
- Managing inventory management program (e.g. WinLine)
- Monitoring and applying to public procurement procedures
- Provide regular weekly and monthly reporting
Qualifications:
Top performer, dynamic, team-oriented, and highly motivated professional with excellent analytical, communicational, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and stress-resistant personality, capable to prioritize and meet deadlines and to be responsible for smooth day-to-day operations making people function efficiently.
If you own:- University diploma
- Developed communication and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
- Slovenian will be considered an advantage
- Computer skills (Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Category B driving license
- Willingness to constantly learn
