OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (m/f)

LOCATION: Zagreb

ELI-ADRIATIK is a Croatian helicopter Company established in 2016 and owned by Elifriulia, the longest-running helicopter operator in Italy. Both Elifriulia and Eli-Adriatik are integral parts of the Eliance Group, an international helicopter operator with a presence in Spain and Chile. The Eliance Group boasts nearly 500 employees and operates a fleet of almost 100 aircraft.

EliAdriatik, Eliance and EliFriulia together represent the Consortium which will manage the Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) in Croatia on Behalf of the Ministry of Health, starting in March 2024.

Beyond services, EliAdriatik aims to contribute to the Croatian economy by employing local aviation professionals and becoming a strategic provider of helicopter services in the region.

For the purpose of establishment and development of their business in Croatia, we are looking for a dynamic and organized OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR.

Responsibilities:

  • Internal and external communication and business correspondence (e-mail, phone, post)
  • Organizing files, scheduling appointments and coordinating office procedures
  • Overseeing office equipment maintenance
  • Organisation and coordination of logistics (assisting pilots/technicians in their travels/accommodations)
  • Support to the HEMS bases (manage shipment and delivery of goods and services)
  • Preparing different business reports

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar field
  • Organized, systematic person with excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Dynamic, energetic problem solver
  • Perfect knowledge of Microsoft 365 (excel is a must)
  • Aviation knowledge is a plus
  • English language (Italian is a plus)
  • Driving licence (active driver)
  • Experience working in travel agency is a plus
