Selekcijski proces uključuje sljedeće korake: • Kratki istraživački zadatak – s ciljem provjere znanja engleskog jezika, vještina formatiranja, istraživačkih sposobnosti i jasnoće sažimanja informacija. • Test znanja iz Excela i obrade podataka – formule, grafovi i sposobnost sažetog predstavljanja ključnih uvida. • Jedan ili dva razgovora – fokus na motivaciju, analitičko razmišljanje, radne navike, odgovornost i uklapanje u tim. Kandidate ćemo zamoliti da zadatke rješavaju samostalno. Budući da naš tim blisko surađuje, vrlo brzo postaje vidljivo ako stvarne vještine kandidata ne odgovaraju rezultatima testova. About the Role Avison Young Croatia is seeking a highly motivated Junior Analyst to join our Investment, Valuation & Advisory Services team. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, efficient, and eager to grow within the commercial real estate industry. As a Junior Analyst, you will support senior team members in producing high-quality market analyses, valuations, studies, reports, and research materials used by investors, financial institutions, and corporate clients. The position requires strong analytical skills, fast and accurate work, and the ability to perform under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities •Conduct market research on real estate trends, supply & demand, transactions, and pricing. •Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from various internal and external sources. •Assist in creating valuation reports, financial models, proposals and various studies. •Support ongoing advisory assignments with accurate, timely and well-organized outputs. •Maintain internal databases and ensure data accuracy and consistency. •Contribute to improving processes and documentation within the department.

Technical Requirements •Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. •Good skills in report formatting. •Fluency in English (written & spoken). •A degree in economics, finance, business, mathematics, or a related field.

Selection Process The selection process includes following steps: 1.Short Research Task – with aim of testing English proficiency, formatting, research ability, and clarity of summarizing information. 2.Excel & Data summarizing Skills Test – formulas, charts and the ability to present insights concisely. 3.One or Two Interviews – Focus on motivation, analytical thinking, work habits, responsibility, and team fit. We will kindly ask candidates to complete the assessments on their own. Since our team works closely together, it becomes evident very early if someone’s real skills do not align with their test results. We value transparency and want to ensure the best mutual fit.
