Medical Representative (m/f)
Location of work: Croatian Teritory (HQ Zagreb)
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Active promotion of the company's portfolio with the aim to achieve company’s goals and to respond to customers’ needs according to legal and ethical principles
- Maintaining and developing professional cooperation with doctors and nurses in the field of professional visits (orthopedics and traumatology)
- Following the market and sales trends, competitors and suggest strategies for expanding business
- Use of effective sales techniques, which include planning and effective presentations
- Assisting in the formulation of sales strategies to increase sales growth and providing accurate forecasting of sales potential
- Planning, arranging and reporting to Business Unit Manager and Country Manager
- Maintaining and developing professional cooperation with doctors and nurses in the field of professional visits (orthopedics and traumatology)
Candidate profile:
- High school or Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant working experience on a similar position in medical device industry, traumatology, orthopedics, prosthetics
- Effective communication, influencing and collaborating skills
- Innovative and creative approach towards work
- Very good knowledge of English, written and spoken
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Mandatory driving license (B category)
