Medical Representative (m/f)
On behalf of our client, a renowned representative for several pharmaceutical companies and a distributor of original and generic medicinal products, Manpower Croatia is looking for a motivated candidate to fill the position of Medical Representative (m/f)
Place of work:
- Dalmatia County (fieldwork)
Your responsibilities:
- To promote the products within the territory in close cooperation with the immediate supervisor
- Developing an in-depth understanding of company medications
- Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage the prescription/usage of companies products
- To get feedback from their clients in terms to a improve mutual cooperation
- Develop long-term sales plans for key customers, prioritize and schedule own activities
- Understanding patient journey and patient flow in the oncology business
- Following the market and sales trends and competitors and suggesting strategies for expanding the business
- Organizing and participating in pharmaceutical congresses, conferences, fairs, and education
- Ensure administrative follow-up
- Following up on leads generated by the company
- Preparing presentations for potential customers
- Researching competitor’s medications and their respective market performances
Requirements:
- University degree in Medicine/Pharmacy/Biology/Chemistry or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the similar position
- Active driver – B category
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience in maximizing business growth and tendering business with hospitals
- Fluency in the English language
- Loyalty, honesty, team spirit
- Listening and persuasive skills
- Tact and diplomacy
- Methodical and analytical sense
