ManpowerGroup Croatia for Client, a fast-growing and innovative international medical digital company, is looking for an ideal candidate to fill the position of Medical Business Developer (m/f).

Job description:
- Identify and contact local doctors and KOLs
- Develop and maintain relationship with KOLs (medical professors, experts, and doctors)
- Attend events in the field (congress, conferences etc.)
- Gather useful information from medical KOLs regarding latest trends in diagnostics and treatment to develop better solutions for doctors
- Participate in developing new medical project based on pharma client needs
- Coordinate with our Sales team to develop medical project concepts that will both improve doctor's work and be interesting to pharma clients
- Monitor project progression to ensure they are executed as in the agreed concept
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of pharmaceutical company/clinic studies/organization/medical publication.
- Desirable work experience within the medical communication field and understanding of pharma and medical field.
- Highly fluent in English (official language is English).
- Self-driven, motivated, people-focused, proactive, and resourceful person.
- Enthusiastic about digital future of healthcare.
- High moral and ethical standards, crucial to do the job well.
- Active driver B category.
