Our client, an international company who stands for innovations, brands and technologies and whose Marketing department stand for the vision and strategy behind each of their brands, we are searching for a new team member who will create value for customers and make a difference for the international teams and people.
We are searching for:
Marketing Coordinator(m/f)

What part will you play?
× Develop Sub regional brand strategies and define the right marketing mix, based on Adria market needs, trade structure, competitive situation and company targets (investment priorities among brands)
× Communicate and guard the key brand elements based on international brand strategies)
× Set up Sub regional price and promotion strategy
× Set up Sub regional assortment taking care of common Adria assortment and placement strategy
× Develop and mentor employees by training and coaching
× Training of newcomers in the countries on the brands
× Lead all employees by being role model

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
What do we need from you?:
× Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
× Min 7 Experience in brand management preferred FMCG
× Excellent written/oral communication skills and forecasting experience
× Strong execution, leadership and consensus building/decision making skills
× Budget management experience
× Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
× Computer literacy on Windows, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
× Ability to travel regionally periodically (approx. 25%).
× Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy
