This job will be a important factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing, Communications and Business Development Department (MCBD) and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.
Responsible to: MCBD Leader
Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing team in administrative tasks by: undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Updating spreadsheets, databases with statistical, financial and non-financial information
- Assisting in preparation of presentations for various user
- Completing daily administrative tasks as required
- Conducting data research and compiling and formatting data from various resources (surveys, social media, web analytics, etc.) as required
- Assisting in the organisation of events, as required
- Assisting in the preparation of branded materials/merchandising
- Ensuring the overall compliance to brand and other corporate standards
The appropriate candidate should have:
- Minimum baccalaureate degree (Marketing, Business or relevant field - liberal arts are a strong advantage)
- Adequate knowledge of MS Office
- Literacy in both English and Croatian
- Good communication and people skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Resourcefulness
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Willingness to continuously learn and openness to new experiences, with proactive approach and a curious mind
- Any experience in marketing and communication will be considered an advantage
