StratCO is a division within Pfizer that provides commercial services to our Business Units. These services include Sales & Marketing CRM support, Skills & Brand Trainings, Meetings & Congresses, MultiChannel Communication and Compliance Support. StratCO positions itself as a Talent Greenhouse, where new colleagues can learn and grow before moving into the Business Units. To fuel our Talent pipeline, we are always looking for new promising coworkers and have started a new Management Trainee program to identify future high potentials. We are targeting fresh University graduates from diverse backgrounds, focused on Marketing, Communication, Economics, Business Management, etc.

Marketing Assistant (m/f)
Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Management Trainee Program - 2 years

As a Management Trainee you will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating, culturally rich, fun and international environment where you will be taking on challenging assignments early in your career before moving into a business role. Our goal is to create well rounded future leaders of our company and therefore Management Trainees will be given rotating assignments to gain insight into all aspect of the business.

The Management Trainee program is a 2 year program. Within that period you will be assigned to responsibilities in various departments of the StratCO organization. During this time you will have the opportunity to learn about Pfizer and its departments, develop your skills, showcase the value you can bring to our organization and build connections and a network in the business. After these 2 years, you are expected to move to a permanent function in the Business or in StratCO.

The starting assignment will be in Customer Events and Engagement Department.

The CE&E Regional Project Manager will lead the development and implementation of customer events and engagement strategies and tactics across Europe Mid-Sized-Markets, consistent with country needs to drive positive customer and business impact and secure excellence in planning and implementation, working effectively with and coordinate activities with related functions as required.

Throughout the Management Trainee program you will be assigned to different projects and departments.

  • You will collaborate with any relevant wider cross-functional team to successfully implement StratCO services in assigned country/country cluster/B.U.
  • You will work in partnership with other Pfizer functions such as Business Technology, Legal, Human Resources, Commercial, and Compliance.
  • You will support the implementation of regional StratCO projects, and share best practices across the regional/global GCO community.


  • University degree in marketing, communications or business management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timeframes in a complex organizational structure
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Able to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks while reaching alignment with internal business stakeholders on deliverables
  • Good team player
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
