Contract type: indefinite contract after probation period

Recruitment and placement of seafarers
Interviews with candidates
Evaluation of candidates
Application of suitable candidates to Clients
Communication with Clients, maintaining business relations
Representing brand at international and national business fairs
Attending seminars
As central office is located in Rijeka, Recruiter in Split will take care of the office operations overall
Reporting to: Director.
