Our client is a leading cosmetics company renowned for its innovation and iconic beauty brands. With a strong presence in the regional market, they are committed to excellence and sustainable growth.
They are currently looking for an Education Manager to join their Luxury Division in Zagreb. This role focuses on developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for their Beauty Advisors across Croatia and Slovenia, ensuring premium brand experiences, driving retail performance, and supporting the execution of key initiatives across five luxury brands.
- Deliver impactful training programs for Beauty Advisors and Generic Beauty Advisors across Croatia and Slovenia, strengthening expertise in skincare, fragrance, and makeup while maintaining premium brand standards.
- Plan and coordinate annual education programs, aligned with brand launches, seasonal priorities, and key retail initiatives.
- Maintain a strong on-site presence at top POS locations, especially during peak periods like Christmas and summer, to support team performance and brand excellence.
- Conduct regular field visits and trainings across Croatia and Slovenia, ensuring learning outcomes are tied to sales objectives and brand expectations.
- Work closely with Retail Team Performers to align training efforts with team targets and development goals.
- Track and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform training strategies and business decisions.
- Support high-profile projects, such as brand openings, product launches, and consumer events, with focused educational programs.
- Contribute to the region’s Service and Education strategy, overseeing training resources and budgets to maximize impact.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail training or education roles, ideally within luxury or premium brand environments.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs for diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to monitor retail performance and apply insights to improve training strategies.
- Highly organized and collaborative, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to take ownership and develop strategies with high levels of autonomy.
- Fluent in English and Croatian, both written and spoken, with advanced vocabulary for professional presentations.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently across Croatia and Slovenia.
