Place of work: ZAGREB, Croatia
Naton WS is looking for a Logistics and Commercial Administration Manager (M/F) for an international client in Croatia. The client operates in agricultural business.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Organizing and assuring the logistics activity for the commercial activity of the client (grain & oilseeds, seeds and input products) on the basis of assignments from Trade and Production and input Sales departments respecting cost, delivery time and quality specifications.
MAIN DUTIES
- Organizing the activity of the group: defining the activities of the team, follow up, evaluation, elaborating efficient business process, methods and tools, work dispatching
- Preparation, registering in Navision and follow up of commercial contracts
- Control, preparation and follow up of specific documents linked to the execution of commercial contracts
- Organizing and monitoring the transport (road, rail, waterway) of agricultural products (grain&oil seeds, seeds, fertilizers and crop protection)
- Follow up of stocks in proper and in external commercial units (inventory management, documentation etc.)
- Organization of the gasification process respecting the quality requirements (GMP, ISCC), keeping contact with the surveyor companies
- Regular reporting on the activity of the group
- Executing feed safety related tasks (GMP)

- Full-time employment
- Working hours: 8,00 -16,00 hrs, phone availability after 16,00hrs if necessary
- Flexibility and availability by phone during summer period (harvest)
- Indefinite contract with a trial period of six (6) months
- Laptop and mobile phone for professional use
- Starting date: in agreement with the client, from 01 2020
- Place of work: Zagreb West/ possible business trips when necessary

- Master’s Degree
- Experience in logistics management at least two (2) years
- MS Office - intermediate
- Navision - preferred
- Advance English (written and spoken)
- Italian is an advantage
- B - category driver’s licence
- Profile: a leader, who leads members of the team successfully, has positive energy, inspires the team to find solutions
- A positive mindset
- Reports to the Company Director

Level of execution of deliveries in time and in cost limit
