Local Administrative (m/f)
Location: Zagreb

Currently, the finance department team is looking for a colleague as local administrative to provide support in day-to-day administrative tasks to both the Head Quarters and the Country Manager at local level in Croatia.

What would be your responsabilities as Administrative?

  • Follow-up and sending of invoices for locally contracted services.
  • Claims for collection - Follow-up and control of payments in coordination with the treasury department.
  • Support to the International Administration department in accounting / administrative requests made by advisors.
  • Resolution of financial administrative incidents when they require local action.
  • Improving the flow of communication between our local interpreters and HeadQuarter
