Zorgpension is looking for motivated verzorgenden IG in Zoetermeer and Rotterdam
Zorgpension offers temporary rehabilitation care to people who are not yet able to return home independently following a hospital stay, medical procedure, or illness. Zorgpension focuses on recovery, independence, and the smoothest possible transition to the home situation, in an environment that feels comfortable and personal. At Zorgpension, a short-term stay is central, where care and support are tailored to the client's individual recovery goals. Zorgpension works with multidisciplinary teams in which healthcare professionals and therapists collaborate closely to support the rehabilitation process. The approach is practical and goal-oriented, with attention to what someone can do independently again and how this is built up step by step. Zorgpension combines professional care with a hotel-like setting, allowing clients to focus on their recovery in a calm and safe environment. Self-determination, respect, and personal attention play an important role in this, as does good coordination with informal caregivers and follow-up care.
You provide daily care to clients staying temporarily for rehabilitation and recovery, working based on the individual care and rehabilitation plan. In daily interactions, you support clients with personal care, such as washing, dressing, eating, and mobility, while encouraging them to continue doing as much as possible themselves. You perform nursing procedures within your authority and closely observe the recovery process, identifying changes in physical or mental condition in a timely manner. You support clients in practicing daily activities and collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers. During your shift, you maintain an overview, ensure safety, and maintain continuity of care, and actively contribute to the smooth progress of the rehabilitation process.

The salary at Zorgpension ranges from 2716,43 to 3733,75 (based on 36 hours, CAO VVT FWG 40). 8 percent holiday allowance and 8.3 percent end-of-year bonus. Employment conditions in accordance with the CAO. Allowances for working irregular hours. Travel expense reimbursement in accordance with the CAO.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
You have a command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written, at least at level 2F/B1, You can provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) (costs will be reimbursed), You enjoy working with rehabilitation patients and you show this in your work, You are permitted to work in the Netherlands, You are willing to work various shifts according to the schedule (short, long, and occasional night shifts), You hold an MBO-3 diploma as a verzorgende, an equivalent qualification, or a CIBG certificate, Relevant work experience and up-to-date practical knowledge is a plus.
