Situated among fruit trees in the Betuwe region, the estate is designed for permanent residency with 24-hour professional care, where personal attention, peace, and space are central. Residents live in the privacy of their own studio within small living groups and can participate in various daily activities on the grounds, such as caring for animals, exercising outdoors, creative assignments, and other experience-oriented tasks. Zorglandgoed Bloemfonteijn believes that this combination of a home-like living environment, intensive support, and rich day activities contributes to a sense of security and well-being for people with complex support needs. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (IG) at Zorglandgoed Bloemfonteijn, you provide daily care to residents with multiple intellectual disabilities and support them according to individual care and day activity plans. You assist residents with personal care such as washing, dressing, eating, moving, and other recurring care moments. You perform technical nursing procedures within your authority and pay close attention to changes in the physical and mental condition of residents in order to identify issues in a timely manner. In daily interactions, you encourage participation in daily activities and provide guidance regarding movement, sensory experiences, and social interaction. You contribute to maintaining order, calm, and safety on the ward and take responsibility for the smooth running of care throughout the day. You operate independently and collaborate closely with colleagues and other healthcare professionals, maintaining contact with doctors and practitioners to effectively coordinate care and ensure continuity, always with a focus on the well-being of the residents in this specific care setting.

The salary at Zorglandgoed Bloemfonteijn ranges from 2573,47 to 3471,46 (based on 36 hours, CAO VVT FWG 35). 8 percent holiday allowance and 8.3 percent end-of-year bonus. Employment conditions in accordance with the CAO. Allowances for working irregular hours. Travel expense reimbursement in accordance with the CAO.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
You have a command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written, at least at level 2F/B1, You can provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) (costs will be reimbursed), You enjoy working with people with multiple intellectual disabilities and you show this in your work, You are permitted to work in the Netherlands, You are willing to work various shifts according to the schedule (short, long, and occasional night shifts), You hold an MBO-3 diploma as a verzorgende, an equivalent qualification, or a CIBG certificate, Relevant work experience and up-to-date practical knowledge is a plus.
