WelThuis is looking for motivated verzorgenden IG in Woerden and Zoetermeer
WelThuis offers valuable care and a warm home to vulnerable elderly and chronically ill individuals for whom independent living at home is no longer possible. WelThuis provides 24-hour nursing home care in residential care locations spread across Zoetermeer, Gouda, Rotterdam, Bergambacht, Haastrecht, Schoonhoven, Stolwijk, Linschoten, Zevenhuizen, and Woerden, among others, with attention and respect for the individual rhythm and life history of residents. WelThuis specializes in care for people with dementia or other chronic care needs and works with expert and committed professionals in collaboration with residents' loved ones to prioritize well-being and person-centered support. In addition to somatic care, attention is paid to gerontopsychiatry, palliative terminal care, and specialist guidance for young people with dementia. WelThuis's vision is to create a home-like, safe, and pleasant living environment where residents can be themselves and live with dignity, with strong involvement of family and informal caregivers in daily care and activities. WelThuis utilizes innovations and collaborations to enhance comfort for residents and continuously improve the quality of care.
You provide daily care to elderly people with dementia or somatic care needs, working based on the individual care plan. In daily interactions, you support residents with personal care, such as washing, dressing, eating, transferring, and other recurring care moments. You perform technical nursing procedures within your authority and closely monitor changes in physical or mental condition. On the ward, you play an active role in maintaining order, calm, and safety, and you take responsibility for the flow of care throughout the day. You act independently, collaborate with colleagues, and maintain contact with doctors, practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care effectively and ensure continuity.

The salary at WelThuis ranges from 2573,47 to 3471,46 (based on 36 hours, CAO VVT FWG 35). 8 percent holiday allowance and 8.3 percent end-of-year bonus. Employment conditions in accordance with the CAO. Allowances for working irregular hours. Travel expense reimbursement in accordance with the CAO.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
You have a command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written, at least at level 2F/B1, You can provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) (costs will be reimbursed), You enjoy working with elderly and you show this in your work, You are permitted to work in the Netherlands, You are willing to work various shifts according to the schedule (short, long, and occasional night shifts), You hold an MBO-3 diploma as a verzorgende, an equivalent qualification, or a CIBG certificate, Relevant work experience and up-to-date practical knowledge is a plus.
