Transmitt Rehabilitation offers geriatric neurological rehabilitation to people who, following a hospital stay due to an illness or functional decline, require more time and guidance to return home as independently as possible. Transmitt Rehabilitation focuses on recovery through self-direction and self-reliance, with personal attention for both the patient and those around them. Care and treatment take place in a modern, warm environment with a team of qualified care staff and therapists who utilize multidisciplinary care to improve daily living skills such as walking, moving, speaking, and swallowing. Transmitt Rehabilitation works closely with hospitals and chain partners within the Rotterdam Stroke Service to ensure a smooth transition from hospital to rehabilitation and to achieve coordination of care. During the stay, individual rehabilitation plans are used, aimed at enabling clients to achieve their goals and complete rehabilitation as soon as they are ready, with a view to a safe return home or further follow-up care if necessary. Transmitt Rehabilitation is situated in a green location and places the involvement of loved ones and networks at the heart of the rehabilitation process. As a Healthcare Assistant (IG) within rehabilitation at Transmitt Rehabilitation, you provide daily care to clients recovering from neurological conditions or other significant health problems. You support clients with personal care such as washing, dressing, eating, and moving, and actively help them practice according to their individual rehabilitation plan to promote independence. You perform technical nursing procedures within your authority and closely monitor changes in physical and mental condition. On the rehabilitation ward, you contribute to order, calm, and safety, and take responsibility for the flow of care throughout the day. You work independently but also collaborate closely with colleagues and therapists, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.

The salary at Transmitt revalidatie ranges from 2716,43 to 3733,75 (based on 36 hours, CAO VVT FWG 40). 8 percent holiday allowance and 8.3 percent end-of-year bonus. Employment conditions in accordance with the CAO. Allowances for working irregular hours. Travel expense reimbursement in accordance with the CAO.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
You have a command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written, at least at level 2F/B1, You can provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) (costs will be reimbursed), You enjoy working with rehabilitation patients and you show this in your work, You are permitted to work in the Netherlands, You are willing to work various shifts according to the schedule (short, long, and occasional night shifts), You hold an MBO-3 diploma as a verzorgende, an equivalent qualification, or a CIBG certificate, Relevant work experience and up-to-date practical knowledge is a plus.
