In Beweging offers geriatric rehabilitation care for people who require extra time and treatment after a hospital stay or due to health problems to recover and return home as independently as possible. The guidance at In Beweging is aimed at developing a personal rehabilitation plan together with the client, in which various treatments and therapies are tailored to individual goals. Within small-scale locations such as Vivaldi in Zoetermeer, Madelief at Langeland Hospital, and De Molenhoeve in Bergambacht, In Beweging collaborates with hospitals and healthcare providers to ensure a smooth transition from hospital to rehabilitation. The stay at In Beweging is designed to be as comfortable as possible, with attention to the recovery process and practical support, so that clients can actively work on their rehabilitation under the guidance of an expert team of healthcare professionals. The focus is on recovery, increasing independence, and preparing for the return to the home situation, with disciplines such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and other healthcare providers being closely involved in the care.
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in rehabilitation at In Beweging, you provide daily care to clients recovering from, for example, surgeries, stroke, or other conditions. You support clients with their personal care, such as washing, dressing, eating, and moving, and you help them exercise according to their individual rehabilitation plan. Additionally, you perform technical nursing procedures within your authority and pay close attention to changes in clients' physical and mental condition. On the rehabilitation ward, you actively maintain an overview, calm, and safety, and take responsibility for the flow of care throughout the day. You work independently but also collaborate closely with colleagues and maintain contact with therapists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care effectively and ensure continuity.

The salary at In Beweging ranges from 2716,43 to 3733,75 (based on 36 hours, CAO VVT FWG 40). 8 percent holiday allowance and 8.3 percent end-of-year bonus. Employment conditions in accordance with the CAO. Allowances for working irregular hours. Travel expense reimbursement in accordance with the CAO.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
You have a command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written, at least at level 2F/B1, You can provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) (costs will be reimbursed), You enjoy working with rehabilitation patients and you show this in your work, You are permitted to work in the Netherlands, You are willing to work various shifts according to the schedule (short, long, and occasional night shifts), You hold an MBO-3 diploma as a verzorgende, an equivalent qualification, or a CIBG certificate, Relevant work experience and up-to-date practical knowledge is a plus.
