Kids and Family Program Specialist (m/f)
YOUR TASKS:
- Developing product and offer for kids and families in Family hotel Diadora
- Supervision of hotel entertainment team and kids and family services
- Creating new solution to improve kids and family product and offer
- Working together with all hotel departments to create unique family experience
- Management of hotel child care staff
- Organize an exciting and stimulating activity plan for all age groups
- Participate in selection and training of staff at child care
- Reports and other paperwork
YOUR PROFILE:
- Education in the child care, nursery and pedagogy area
- At least 5 years of working experience with child care, nursery or special programs for small children
- Excellent language skills in English and/or German, knowledge of further language is a benefit
- Excellent communication skills
- Creativity and hands on approach
- Open and warm personality, sympathy and patience in communication with children and parents
- Friendly and pleasant appearance
- Team leader and team spirit
