Key Account Manager (m/f)

For our renowned client, global supplier of products and solutions that create a better shopping experience we are looking for a candidate on the position:
Key Account Manager (m/f)
Location of work: based in Croatia, assigned working territory Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina
Key responsibilities include:
- developing and sustaining relationships with key clients on the Adria Market
- creating and implementing customer plans with quarterly actions for selected customers
- budget planning
- pricing and gross margin responsibility within the company policies
- offering and tender processes
- statistics preparation and follow up on current proceses
- teamwork with Custom Project Managers, Custom Service Officers, Product Managers and design centers when needed

Skills & Experience:
- background in sales and Key Account Management (desirable: retail and/or FMCG)
- fluent English (both written and spoken)
- high proefficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
- high ability of strategic thinking with strong hands-on attitude
- being able to manage business independently but also as a team player
- good interpersonal skills, ability to build credible relationships quickly
- business creativity - being able to think outside the box and find solutions
- good presentation and negotiation skills
- fluent English (both written and spoken)
