Key Account Manager (m/f)
Location: field work in Croatia and Slovenia, home office
About the position
In this role, you will be responsible for building, generating and enhancing sales and distribution of Twistshake brand in Croatian and Slovenian market.
Key responsibilities:
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts. Searching for new clients while maintaining the existing ones
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Making sure all sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales
- Constantly reviewing client’s performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
In addition to these responsibilities, you will attend trade shows and client meetings on regular basis.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience working with B2B sales as Account Manager/Key Account Manager
- Existing network in the market, preferable FMCG, Pharmacy and Baby industry channels
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to gain trust and develop healthy, professional relationships with the clients and vendors
- An entrepreneurial spirit and energetic mindset that makes you go all the way towards reaching your targets
- Multitasking with ability to prioritize work based on the given deadlines
- Open to travel
- Excellent knowledge of Croatian and English is a must; Slovenian is a bonus
- Existing network in the market, preferable FMCG, Pharmacy and Baby industry channels
