Key Account Manager (m/f)
Main responsibilities
• Promotes medicines within approved labelling in a comprehensive, fair and ethical manner that is consistent with industry-specific and corporate legal and regulatory guidelines
• Actively seeks new sales opportunities
• Provides accurate and timely strategic/tactical information and proposals to management team
• Establishes and maintains strong professional relationships with key customers
• Keeps abreast of industry and market trends and implements best practices
• Adheres to company policies, procedures and business ethics and demonstrates Company’s values of Teamwork, Excellence, Accountability, Integrity and Inclusion.

Qualifications and requirements
• B.S. degree level in Pharmaceutical/Medical/Lifesciences
• Minimum of 2-3 years in hospital sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• Must be able to work well independently and as a team member; under pressure and shifting priorities
• Highly motivated and Self-Starter with demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Results-driven and well-organized individual with positive attitude
• Excellent communication in Croatian and English (written and oral), presentation and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills to ensure timelines are met, as well as the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel 60% of time.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Cover letter is mostly welcomed
