On Behalf of our Client we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated professional at the position of:

Key Account Manager (m/f)
Zagreb
Responsibilities:
  • Pre-sales, sales and post-sales activities of PLM software products and services
  • Improves and maintains business relationships with customers
  • Negotiates commercial agreements with customers
  • Focus on achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values
  • Identifies potential customers and establishes business relationship with the aim of long-term cooperation
  • Conducts marketing activities on a monthly and annual basis
  • Monitors and analyzes the realization of business results and improve sales results
  • Plans the assortment expansion and developing market
  • Educates and informs the customers
  • Coordinates and monitors activities at the customer
  • Monitors the market positions through the field visits
  • Prepares the sales reports and analyzes the sales results
Requirements:
  • Academic degree
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales of IT software and services
  • Creativity and entrepreneurship, openness to change and flexibility
  • Focused on results
  • Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Croatian market and key customers
  • Good planning and organization skills
  • Team worker with collaborative approach to users and colleagues
  • Proficiency in English
  • Advanced use of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ready to travel in Croatia and the region
