For our client, a leading company in the field of critical digital infrastructure for data centers, communication networks, as well as commercial and industrial environments, we are seeking an enthusiastic individual looking to kickstart their career in HR to join their team as a:

Junior Talent Aquisition Sourcer/Recruiter (m/f)
Location: Zagreb

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proactively identify and engage candidates via LinkedIn, databases, and referrals, while building talent pipelines and mapping the market for future needs
Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, coordinate interview scheduling, and maintain accurate records in the ATS program
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define hiring strategies and provide regular pipeline updates
Provide general administrative support to ensure reliable daily HR and recruitment operations
Ensure professional and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related social science field)
0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or customer-facing roles
Fluency in English (B2 level minimum)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills, with a proactive, responsible, and critical-thinking mindset
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS platforms
